Information on Insurance: Sumovia Naturopathic Healthcare is an out of network clinic due to the nature of Colorado’s medical insurance policies. Payment in full is expected at time of visit via check, cash, debit, or credit card. We do not bill insurance but will provide you with a superbill upon request. A superbill is a form completed by medical practitioners given to patients who therefore can submit directly to their health insurance company for possible reimbursement. A superbill does not guarantee that an insurance provider will pay for the services provided. Each insurance plan is different, and it is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider and find out what is and is not covered through your healthcare plan.
