RED-S: When an Active Body Isn't Getting Enough Fuel and the Hidden Threats

I live and work in a VERY fit community, and it comes with its share of health concerns. RED-S can occur in competitive athletes, recreational athletes, dancers, gymnasts, runners, skiers, cyclists, swimmers, wrestlers, weightlifters, CrossFit athletes, and highly active adults.
